The Blade of Grass is a weapon Maxx got by juggling to the dryad elders . It is one of the weapons Maxx needs in order to make the Night's Edge. The Night's Edge is needed in order to save the world. It may be alive, as Maxx states that he often hears it rustling in its sheath at night. In comic #446, Maxx uses it to stab Xylan.
